Carlos Herce Orozco

Carlos is a trial lawyer trained at Escuela Libre de Derecho, with strong experience in Mexico’s adversarial criminal justice system. He represents both victims and defendants throughout criminal proceedings, including hearings, as well as the preparation and handling of amparo constitutional actions before Federal Courts nationwide.

His practice also includes designing and coordinating litigation strategies in commercial and administrative matters, particularly advising public officials and private individuals in administrative liability proceedings.

In addition to his litigation practice, Carlos previously served as counsel in the Criminal Chamber of Mexico’s Supreme Court (Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación), where he contributed to the development of judicial criteria that continue to shape legal practice in Mexico.

He also advises individuals and companies in amparo matters involving asset freezes and the seizure of property and bank accounts, as well as investigations and proceedings connected to Mexico’s Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF).

Honorio Vázquez

Honorio is a lawyer trained at Universidad Panamericana, with a practice focused on criminal litigation.

He has extensive experience designing and conducting corporate investigations, advising public and private organizations—both Mexican and international—on the collection and analysis of information and evidence in matters involving corporate crime and anti-corruption.

Honorio also works with companies across multiple industries to develop criminal compliance programs and training, aimed at preventing, identifying, mitigating, and addressing unlawful conduct within organizations.
